Joining the Denovans team in 2011, Haydn brought with him the skills and knowledge gained from completing a Certificate III in Business along with multiple negotiation and marketing courses at Griffith University.

Hayden Denovan has sold for us a rental property, our home of 27 years and helped secure a rental property for us, all in the last 4-5 years. In August 2015, we contacted Hayden as we had signed a contract for our townhouse to completed in 2017, as we are downsizing. Our initial contact with him was to ask his advice about what we should and shouldn’t fix up before our home went on the market. We allowed ourselves a generous year to fix things up. I took Hayden through every room and gave him my understanding of all the home’s faults. He took this on board and immediately saved us $30 000. He said if you fixed these rooms, you would not recoup your money when you sold. He also advised to fix certain things and to leave others. We took his advice. He also gave us a list of reliable tradespeople which one of them we used. Over a year later, Hayden contacted us to see how everything was going. We said we were all ready and so he sent a photographer around. The photos were magnificent. They made us feel very proud of the home we had created. Each photo put each room at its best. Previously we had also discussed with Hayden which month would be best to sell and so we decided on January 1, with an open house to occur that week-end. We never had an open house- the day before our home was under contract. On the first day we had 14 couples through and by the end of 4 days, 21 couples. We had 5 contracts. I have never met such a superb negotiator. He definitely knows how to maximise a price for the vendor. Hayden was the easiest, communicative, polite and professional salesman I have ever meet. You could not go wrong having him to advise, guide, reassure and negotiate on your behalf. Nothing was ever a problem for him. We surpassed all expectations on, time to sell and most importantly, the price- without Hayden’s expertise and experience we would never have been able to secure such amazing result.
