Property Manager Anthony Williams brings a wealth of real estate experience with him to Denovans; working in sales as a buyers’ agent prior to moving across to property management, an area that he has embraced with great professionalism and energy, particularly enjoying the focus on customer service and relationship building.

A valued member of Denovan’s busy property management team; Anthony uses his skills, training, knowledge, and experience to deliver exemplary service to property owners and tenants alike. He is mindful and respectful of individual circumstances and keeps lines of communication open and honest.

Anthony keeps his knowledge of legislation surrounding tenancy and ownership updated and is meticulous in ensuring compliance in the execution of all paperwork, to protect the rights of all stakeholders. He values the trust that investors have placed in him to manage their asset, and he is always seeking ways to maximise returns, providing advice on ways to improve the property to attract a quality tenant paying the optimum rate.
